GOP header marks in the Encore timeline indicate where I-Frames are located in transcoded media. Unfortunately these are easy to overlook since they look exactly like the hash marks used to indicate frames. Many users were never aware of this feature because of it's low discoverability in the interface. Below are a few ideas I had for making GOP headers more visually distinct from the time markers above them in the timeline.
