Poster frame display in timeline

In the shipping version of Encore, indicators for poster frames (i.e. frames used when displaying a chaper point in a menu) rest on the same level as chapters. At wider zoom levels this can cause chapter labels to be severely truncated. Moving the poster frame indicator higher would allow the text to extend below it and not cause truncation.
