Ruler & Grid display redesign

In this mockup I've changed the grid color to green to make the blue of the rulers pop more visually. I've also changed the look of de-selected rulers; they are now black with blue outlines. These changes should make it easier to see each ruler and to recognize selected rulers vs. unselected ones.
